How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, it’s best to do it as soon as possible. This is because we may have started to prepare your order, or already assigned a courier to deliver it. For delivery and collection orders, head to the order details page, where you’ll see the option to cancel your order under ‘Can we help with anything?’

Will I be charged for cancelling my order?

If you cancel your order, you may be charged an amount up to the full order value. It’s best to cancel an order as soon as possible to avoid any charges.

How can I change my order?

Once we have accepted your order, we can’t always guarantee that it can be changed. This is because we may have started to prepare your order and/or already assigned a courier to deliver it.

You can always try calling us to amend your order. You also have the option to cancel your order and order again, but please keep in mind that you could be charged an amount up to the full order value when cancelling.

To cancel your order, head to the order details screen, where you’ll see the cancellation option.
